Photo Harvest October 24 (Virtual)
$0.00
Come learn the Photo Harvest Journal Method
Join Dr. Kerri Fair for a free online introduction to the Photo Harvest Method, a guided journaling practice that begins with a photograph already on your phone. Created for women navigating midlife, this workshop offers time to pause, reconnect with yourself, and explore the experiences and feelings that everyday responsibilities can push aside.
You’ll move through three simple steps: select a photograph, write in response to guided prompts, and “harvest” meaningful words, patterns, or insights from your writing. Your photograph doesn’t need to capture a milestone or be beautifully composed. An ordinary moment can offer a meaningful place to begin.
Along the way, there will be opportunities for reflection and conversation with other women who may share similar questions, challenges, and transitions. Sharing is optional—you decide what to offer the group and what to keep for yourself. No photography skills or journaling experience are needed.
Bring a few photographs on your phone, a journal or paper, and something to write with. You’ll leave with an introduction to a practice you can return to on your own, one photograph and one page at a time.
After the workshop, you’ll receive a link to the FACTOR framework video to support your continued reflection. Attendees will also be invited to join the optional six-week cohort for ongoing practice and community.
